By booking with Gypsea Zanzibar, you agree to the following terms.
Please read carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

* Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
* Balance: The Remainder of the balance 3-7 days before the day of the experience
* Last-Minute Bookings: If you book less than 24 hours before departure, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
* Booking Confirmation: Bookings cannot be held or reserved. They are only confirmed once your deposit has been received.

2. Arrival Time

* Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
* Late arrival may shorten your cruise experience.
* Time lost due to late arrival is not refundable.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

* Refunds for cancellations by the guest:

  * 30 or more days before your cruise: 75% refund
  * 14–29 days before your cruise: 50% refund
  * 7–13 days before your cruise: No refund
  * Less than 7 days before your cruise or no-show: No refund

* Weather Cancellations:

  * If we must cancel your trip before departure due to unsafe weather, you will receive a 100% refund.
  * If sailing is cancelled during your trip due to worsening weather conditions, you will receive an 80% refund.

* Rescheduling: In some cases, rescheduling may be possible. Additional fees may apply depending on how much notice is given and availability. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

* All refunds are processed within 14–30 days.

4. Rates & Changes

* Rates are subject to change if there are sudden increases in operating costs or utilities.

5. Transfers

* Transfers to and from the sailing location are not included in your booking.
* We can arrange transfers separately through our preferred transport partner please contact us to organize this in advance.

6. Drone & Photography

* Drone services and professional photography are not included in your package.
* These services can be booked separately. Please contact us to arrange.

7. Safety & General Conditions

* All bookings depend on availability.
* We may cancel or reschedule cruises due to:

  * Bad weather
  * Mechanical issues
  * Other events beyond our control.
* All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by our crew at all times.
